1. General Information

This document establishes the terms and conditions for using the website tinyalpha.ro, the associated services, and the booking process via NFT. Accessing or using the site implies full acceptance of these terms. The site operator is Pangeacom SRL, located at Nicolae Balcescu - Valcea, CUI 16709123, registered at J38/785/2004.

2. Definitions

  • NFT – non-fungible token, unique digital asset on the blockchain, associated with a right to accommodation at Tiny Alpha.
  • User – any person accessing the tinyalpha.ro website or purchasing an NFT.
  • Services – accommodation at the Tiny Alpha cabin and associated facilities.

3. Purchasing NFTs

  • Tiny Alpha NFTs can be purchased at a fixed price of 100 EUR/NFT.
  • Each NFT includes 2 nights of accommodation at the cabin, subject to availability in the calendar.
  • Payment can be made by credit card or through a compatible crypto wallet (e.g. MetaMask).
  • After purchase, the user receives the NFT in their digital wallet, as well as a unique booking code.

4. Reservations and Use of NFTs

  • Reservations are made exclusively through the tinyalpha.ro platform, by entering the NFT code or connecting the digital wallet.
  • The reservation is confirmed by email, with check-in/out details.
  • The NFT is transferable until the time of use. After the 2 nights are used, the NFT remains only as a collectible item, with no active benefits.
  • Availability depends on the cabin's calendar. The operator reserves the right to block certain dates for maintenance or events.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Tiny Alpha NFTs cannot be returned after the transaction is confirmed, due to their digital and unique nature.
  • Users can, however, transfer the NFT to another person, who can use it for booking.
  • In case of inability to honor the reservation for objective reasons (force majeure, major malfunctions), the operator will offer the user rescheduling or an equivalent NFT.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The content of the site (texts, images, logos, graphics, NFTs) is the property of Tiny Alpha and is protected by copyright law. Users do not have the right to copy, distribute or use the content for commercial purposes without the written consent of the operator.

7. Data Protection (GDPR)

Tiny Alpha respects the confidentiality of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The collected data (name, email, reservation details) is used exclusively for managing reservations and communicating with the user. More information can be found in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tiny Alpha makes every effort to maintain the accuracy of the information, but cannot guarantee the absence of errors. The operator is not responsible for any issues caused by external factors (power outages, blockchain malfunctions, internet connection problems).

9. Force Majeure

Neither party can be held liable for non-performance of obligations if this is due to force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government acts, etc.).

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This document is governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be resolved amicably, and if not, by the competent courts in Romania.
